Tomato & Onion Topper
2 tomatoes chopped small
1 onion chopped small
2 tbsp of vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 chopped garlic clove (or more, it's healthy!)
1 tsp of oregano
dash of pepper
1 tsp of salt
4 thick slices of sourdough bread
butter
Heat oven to 350 deg. Place slices of sourdough bread on a baking sheet and spread butter on each slice. Put in the oven until the bread is lightly browned.
While bread is warming, mix all other ingredients in a bowl. When bread is cooled slightly, spoon some of the tomato and onion topper onto each slice and spread evenly. Yes, it's that simple! Enjoy!
